Very nice. I think the part that resonates with me the most is the breakdown of an episode (around 3:00). If I understand it correctly - they start with a topic, interview an "expert" on the topic, cut and edit that audio, fill in any gaps with their (Jad and Robert) commentary, and then finally create an atmosphere around it all.
I'v had a recent experience at work that's sort of lead me to the same conclusion in reference to a process. However, if I could ask one follow up question it would have been this - "how do you (or convince other people to) deal with the ambiguity between points A and B?"
